August 2024

Greetings to all Solver users! This month’s cloud update is one that includes lots of enhancements and fixes for the Data Warehouse as well as some important announcements.

With this month’s release, we will be concluding our maintenance of Solver to significantly enhance the performance, security, resilience, and scalability of the application. All users will now have the upgraded version. For more information on this Solver update, see these release notes.

There will also be some updates coming within the next month to be aware of including:

  • A new version of the D365 Business Central Extension (v2.4.6).
  • A new version of the SAP Business One Connector.
  • The September Solver update will include the implementation of our previously announced feature that allows users to hide empty columns when using the drill-down tool. This will now be turned on by default for all users.
  • Next month’s Solver update will also introduce row count restrictions to the Ad Hoc Reporting tool. More information to follow.

We want to give a special thanks to our Ascend conference attendees and all of those who gave us some great feedback and feature ideas to help us improve Solver. If you have not already done so, please complete the survey in the Cvent app to let us know how we did.
