Bug Fixes

  • Rule Editor Textbox Flexibility: Fixes an issue where users were unable to resize the description textboxes to view more text within the Business Rule editor.
  • QuickStart for Personnel Issue: Fixes an issue where users were unable to complete the setup of a QuickStart for Personnel integration if the user selected the final day of a month as their scheduled job date.

Features and Enhancements

  • Updates to the Ad Hoc Reporting Interface:
    • Select All Items: Added a Select All option when choosing from filter search results.
    • Holding Shift+Clicking Selects Multiple Options: Added the ability for users to utilize a keyboard shortcut by holding shift while selecting multiple values for filters to choose a range of values at one time.
    • Increased Menu Sizes: Expanded the height of the filter menus to allow for more options to be viewed at once.
    • Increased Viewable Period Options: Expanded the Period filter menu size to allow users to view up to 12 periods (typically a full calendar) at once.
    • Improved Search Results Selection: Enhanced the ability to select all when using search within the period filters.
    • Updated Checkbox Experience: Unchecking a field now only removes the selection of the field instead of the entire filter.
    • Period Filter Default Behavior: Removes the automatic selection of period filters when creating a report, and instead, the user is required to select the filter as needed.
    • Auto Refresh Now Optional: Added the option for users to open an Ad Hoc report without automatic refresh.
    • Total Record Count Added to Metrics: Added raw data row count to the bottom of the page within the report alongside rows and row limit count.
    • Links within Reports: Added support for hyperlinks within reports. Now, clicking a link will open up a new tab.
    • Improved Null Filtering Experience: Added support to be able to filter measures (Value1, Value2, Value3) specifically for equals or not equals Nulls.
    • New Row Limit Notification: Added a new banner warning notification for when a dataset exceeds the set row limit.
    • New Selection Count and Clear Button: Added a counter at the bottom of the filter selection screen to show the number of selected items out of the total available, and a clear button to deselect items.
    • New Tool Tip Shows Multiple Selections: Hovering over a filter list now displays a tool tip to show all selected filter names.
    • Improved Filter Selection Experience: User interface improvements that allow users a wider area when selecting a field.
    • Updated Translations: Updated the translations in Ad Hoc Reporting for Italian, Spanish, and French.
  • Removed Unnecessary Buttons: User interface improvements that remove unnecessary buttons from dropdown menus on the Home page.
  • Improved Portuguese Translations: Updated Portuguese translations across the Data Warehouse.
  • Data Warehouse Interface Improvements: Updated the user interface to be more cohesive across the Data Warehouse.
  • Improved Rule Editor User Interface: Users can now increase the size of the SQL text box on the Business Rules Editor.

Bug Fixes

  • Activity Card Start Date Issue: Fixes an issue where the start date of an assignment was not being included on the Home Page activity cards.
  • Local Date/Time Conversion Issue: Fixes an issue where start dates were not properly converting based on local date and times on the Home Page activity cards.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting Fixes:
    • Current Period Issue: Fixes an issue when selecting a period on a report in the application; if the current period had been chosen for the parameter, the textbox would not display “Current”.
    • Select All Including Other Items: Fixes an issue where clicking the Select All button would select all possible items instead of the currently filtered list.
    • Missed Clicks Issue: Fixes a user interface issue where some clicks when selecting a field would miss the button the user had selected.
    • Removed Unnecessary Filter Option: Fixes a user interface issue where an unnecessary advanced filter option was displayed when selecting periods.
    • Special Character Issue: Fixes an issue where some data could not be included in Ad Hoc reports and would cause problems when running reports. These characters can now be displayed, and the reports can be exported.
    • Missing Period Data Issue: Fixes an issue some users were experiencing when selecting a range of dates as a filter, resulting in missing data.
    • Filter Search Results Issue: Fixes an issue when searching values; previously selected values were not being deselected if they were not included in the new search results.
    • Null Dimension Filter Issue: Fixes an issue where selecting Null as the value on the dimension filter would cause the report to contain incorrect data.
    • Missing Date Data When Exported: Fixes an issue that users were experiencing when using the pivot feature, where some date data would be one hour off after the report had been exported as a file.
    • Empty Rows Issue: Fixes an issue where empty totals rows were being shown in reports if there was no measure data.
    • Page Freezing Issue: Fixes an issue where expanding the last row in a report, which was below the row metrics information, would cause the application to freeze.
  • Tree Configuration Menu Cleanup: Reduced unnecessary details that were showing up automatically on the tree configuration menu before users selected a tree.
  • Rule Parameter Selection Glitch: Fixes an issue where the appearance of a parameter selection would change as the user scrolled when selecting a Business Rule parameter.
  • Zooming Screen Size Issue: Fixes an issue where zooming in on the page too far would remove the ability to see User Interface elements in the application.
  • Null Job Run Date: Fixes an issue where manually creating and running a job without inputting schedule parameters would show the next run time as Null.
  • Manual Job Creation Issue: Fixes an issue when creating a job where users could select a task before choosing the job type.
  • Rule Editing Issue: Fixes an issue where saving a rule with an error would cause the Rule Editor to close before alerting the user to the error.
  • Missing Text Issue: Fixes an issue with missing copy when there is an error importing a Business Rule.
  • Custom Drilldown Issue: Fixes an issue where the Custom Drilldown screen had improper styles.
  • Rule Editor Parameter Issue: Fixes an issue where deleting a parameter from the Business Rules Editor removed the bottom parameter instead of the selected parameter.
  • QuickStart for Personnel Issue: Fixes an issue where QuickStart for Personnel would not allow the user to finish the process on the last day of the month.
