Happy December Solver users! This release includes several bug fixes and access for all users to QuickStart for the Hubspot and Salesforce connectors. We are also announcing that the Microsoft CRM connector now has QuickStart abilities. We hope that you have had a great year with Solver and cannot wait to bring you more features in 2024!

New Features and Enhancements

Reporting

  • Added the Report Template Audit feature.
    • When publishing a report, users will now have the ability to leave a note about the changes made in the updated published version of the template.
      • To access these notes,
        • From the Report Templates screen, click on the name of a report to open it.
        • Click on the information button at the top right corner of the page to open the information menu and see the notes.
      • This feature works for Report and Input templates but only users with the Report Designer license will be able to see previous comments.
      • Users with access to the template will have the option to log a note before publishing a template but must complete the form even if it is left blank. Notes are not required.
      • Report Designer users with access to the template will be able to see a history of any previous changes along with information such as:
        • The user who edited the template
        • Previous notes
        • The date the template was updated on
  • Added the option to hide blank columns in a report when using drill down. This can only be changed by contacting Solver Support.
