The event log allows the user to view information on the previously ran integrations, rules and jobs. This screen is very useful when troubleshooting a failed process.
Each entry in the event log displays the following information:
- Name of the process
- Type
- Status
- Start and End Timestamps
- Error Message (if unsuccessful)
A few useful features on this page are:
- Filter by Name: Allows you to search for a specific process.
- Filter by Type: Allows you to filter for specific Data process types.
- Error Details: If any Integration, Rule or Job should fail, there will be a hyperlink to the error details underneath the “Error Message” column.
