HubSpot Connector

Solver’s HubSpot connector allows users to bring data from their HubSpot instance into Solver. This will enable users to extend their reporting outside of just financials, combining financials with CRM data to better insights. Solver’s HubSpot connector connects to the following objects made available via HubSpot’s API.

  1. Companies
  2. Contact
  3. deals
  4. tickets
  5. products
  6. line_items
  7. quotes

All other API endpoints in HubSpot’s API are currently not available. Solver’s connector also utilizes custom “search” logic to provide data in a Solver “friendly” format.

  • Custom attributes that you have created on the above mentioned data is available in Solver’s connector

This connector has a QuickStart integration enabling you to quickly get your HubSpot data into Solver.

Permissions

To use Solver’s HubSpot connector, users must approve the connection between Solver and your HubSpot environment. This approval requires a HubSpot Super Admin user to approve the Solver app upon initial login from Solver to your HubSpot account.

Authentication

Solver’s HubSpot connector supports OAuth for authentication purposes and requires an active user in HubSpot to create a connection between Solver and your HubSpot instance. It is recommended that a service account is used for this process to ensure that user account changes do not impact your integration.

  • Costs may be associated with this service account and are not included with Solver’s HubSpot connector.

API Limits

The data that Solver has access to is available with your HubSpot purchase.

HubSpot does impose a limit of 100 request per 10 sec. For performance purposes, Solver performs 2 concurrent queries, however the above mentioned limit is applied across all integrations your organization is performing.

Limitations

  1. HubSpot’s API only supports up to 3 filters. When creating an integration, keep this restriction in mind.
