Features/Improvements

  • Unlicensed User Warning: Added a warning to Publisher subscriptions to notify users that they are unable to save or complete a job due to an unlicensed user being included.
  • Permission Title Updates: Updated wording on permissions in Administration menus.
  • Delta Load Added to Zendesk: Added support for Delta Load to be used in Zendesk integrations.
  • Endpoints Added to QuickStart for Business Central: Added Scenario and Category for AR and AP Business Central QuickStart integrations.

Bug Fixes

  • Unnecessary Cards on Homescreen: Fixes an issue where reports that have been deleted or for which a user no longer has access were continuing to appear as cards on the homepage.
  • User Interface Clean Up: Fixes a user interface issue where some text and icons were not aligned.
  • Publisher File Name Issue: Fixes an issue where publisher file names were inconsistent.
  • Save Data Access Issue for Assignments: Fixes an issue where assignments were allowing users to save data if they did not have permission to do so.
  • User Report Comments Issue: Fixes an issue where the pop-up with comments on Line Item Details was not disappearing once users had clicked out of the cell containing the comment.
  • Report Sorting Results Issue: Fixes an issue where sorting report templates would give unexpected results in list view.
  • Storage Security Rules: Fixes an issue that allowed users to create an invalid rule using the Storage Security feature.
  • Error Message Issue: Fixes an issue in reports where an error message would not contain the location of the issue in some cases.

Features/Improvements

  • Minor Font Updates: Small font changes have been made to the application to improve cohesiveness across the user interface.
  • Improved Validation Alerts: Added a new warning for errors when validating Business Rules that contain Parameter mismatches.
  • Delta Load Added to Salesforce: Added support for Delta Load to be used in Salesforce integrations.
  • New Storage Menu: Added a tab in the Administrative Settings that provides a clear breakdown of a customer’s storage capacity and usage. This menu details a customer’s storage usage by tenant.
    • This feature is only accessible by Customer Administrators.
  • Business Central V1 Filtering: Improvements have been made to the performance of the D365 Business Central V1 connector when applying filters.
  • Storage Warning Notifications: Added notification banners to alert users and administrators of the limited storage capacity remaining for their tenant. This banner is colored differently based on the amount of storage remaining and will be visible to all users under the customer.
  • Additions to Workflow: Multiple changes and improvements have been made to Workflow.
    • Multiple Approvers: Users can now assign up to five different Approvers to a Workflow as well as a Reviewer.
    • Assign Workflows to Users or Roles: Added the ability to assign multiple users to one level of approver using roles.
    • Changes to the Workflow Information Page: Several updates have been made to the Workflow information page, including:
      • Removed Approver/Reviewer Column: Removed the Reviewer and Approver columns from the list when showing Workflow details in the Assignments menu.
      • Next User in Line Column: Added section that displays the name of the user whose action is required to advance the Workflow process.
      • Workflow Owner Column: Added the Workflow owner to the Assignments page to indicate who assigned the Workflow to the user.
    • Improved Notifications: Users who have approved a Workflow will now receive notifications if the Assignment is rejected during the approval process.
    • In-Role Notifications: All members of a role will now also be notified of any status changes or comments on an assignment made by another member of the role.
    • Comments Required for Rejection: Rejecting a Workflow now requires a comment to be left for the assignee.
    • Steps in Sequential Order: Established the requirement for the Workflow review and approval process to be conducted in a specific sequence.
    • More Specific Warnings: Added a warning when removing a user who is part of a role that it may affect an open Workflow or other items.
  • Any existing Workflows will continue to function as normal, regardless of any changes.

Bug Fixes

  • Screen Sizing Adjustment Issue: Fixes an issue where scrollbars disappeared after changing the window size while viewing Reports.
  • Scroll Speed Issue: Fixes an issue where scrolling quickly would sometimes affect the page’s performance when viewing input templates.
  • User Interface Maintenance: Fixes an issue with some animations within the application.
  • Incorrect Status Color: Fixes an issue where the status icon on the Event Log Status page displayed the wrong color.
  • Incorrect Workflow Statuses: Fixes an issue where Workflow statuses were not updating once the state of an Assignment had been changed.
  • Unable to Save Workflow: Fixes an issue where the save button was missing for users in some cases.
  • Missing Notifications: Fixes an issue where some assignees from a Workflow were not being notified of status updates.
  • Incomplete Assignment Issue: Fixes an issue where some Assignments were being shown as complete after a Workflow had been published, even if the Assignment had not yet been finished.
  • Incorrect Data Types Issue: Fixes an issue where certain QuickStart for Business Central jobs included incorrect data types.
  • Null Source Dates Issue: Fixes an issue with QuickStart for Business Central where the source date was Null.
