Solver Copilot is a chat-based tool that allows users to find answers to a wide variety of questions about their Solver experience. This AI assistant is included in all Solver subscriptions and is available to every type of user.
Copilot has been trained from our help articles to respond thoughtfully to questions of any type while incorporating the context of the previous questions in the session. These answers can also be formatted to the user’s specifications and generate Solver-related results that are usable within the application.
Copilot is currently unable to provide answers based on your data but may be able to answer some troubleshooting questions. For more support on your data, please contact your consultant or Solver support.

- Type a question about the Solver product and click enter or press the send button on the right side of the text box.
- Once you have sent the question to it, Copilot will take a second to think and respond to the query.
Use the scroll bar to read through the answer. - You can find more information about the answer by using the links following your answer. These can be found by clicking the arrow in the Learn More section. You may ask another question that is related or not or for the answer to be formatted differently.
- Once you are finished with this line of questioning, you may click the X at the top right to close the window and return Solver to a full screen. You can also click the reset icon at the top right to reset the Copilot session and ask questions on a new topic. Copilot will not remember your previous questions if you have reset the session.

Important Information
Your privacy is very important to us. Here’s how it works:
- Privacy by Design: Copilot doesn’t have memory by default. This means that it does not remember past interactions across sessions This keeps each interaction private and independent.
- Temporary Context: During each chat, Copilot keeps a temporary memory to provide better responses (like remembering details within the session), but this resets after each session ends.
- Secure and Confidential: Solver’s systems are designed with security and privacy in mind. All personal identifiers are removed from any stored data. This means that Solver does not have access to information such as who is using Copilot or what session belongs to what user.
- Exclusive Source Files: Copilot will only take information from the Solver approved Documentation. This guarantees that the information is not only correct but not coming from anywhere else. We will never use any customer data or specific customer information to train copilot on how to use Solver. Source files include Solver’s product help site, Solver’s company website including its marketing materials, Solver’s product support site, and Solver’s internal white papers.
