Use playlists to create presentations of archived reports quickly.
View playlists
- Navigate to Report Archive.
- In the Search & filter bar, click Playlists.
- Select a playlist. The reports in the selected playlist are displayed.
Options in the playlist view
| Button | Name | Description |
 | Open | Click here to open and view the report. See View reports. |
 | Delete | Click here to delete the selected report(s). The reports will be deleted from the archive and other playlists. |
 | Show playlist | Click here to show the selected playlist. |
 | Add to playlist | Click here to add the selected report(s) to a new or existing playlist. See Add reports to playlist. |
 | Remove from playlist | Found under more options: Click here to remove the selected report(s) from the playlist. |
 | Download | Found under more options: Click here to download the report. |
