June 2024

This month’s update brings some bug fixes to keep your Solver experience perfect. This month’s special update for our favorite users is a brand-new connector! With this cloud update, we will be introducing the ability for Solver users to connect their Zendesk accounts to the Solver suite. This connector will allow for certain datasets to be brought into the Data Warehouse and used to create reports and queries based on your Zendesk Data. More updates to this connector will follow. See the notes below for more information.

For any questions, please contact Solver Support (support@solverglobal.com)

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you all that Ascend, our user conference, is coming up on your calendars in a few months. This conference is a great opportunity for users to come together to learn and meet with our top representatives about their favorite reporting and planning product. Learn more at the official Ascend website. Contact your Solver Sales representative to find out more.
