New Features and Enhancements

1. Rollups allow users to control the data that gets added to a dimension attribute, similar to Data Validation in Excel. Configured first in the Data Warehouse, similar to a dimension, rollups can be used in reporting for many practical financial and reporting purposes.
2. Audit Log Enhancements: This month’s update expands what is being tracked in the Audit Log. This includes:
   • Audit Log is now available to Customer Admins by default
   • Expanded audit actions to include many actions on the administration page. Details can be found here.
   • Audit log will display the last 365 days of history.
     • Contact Solver Support if you need audit history older than 365 days.
   • Support export to .csv of the Audit Log.
3. Update user interface for creating and maintaining Data Warehouse trees.
   • Replace the “click to drag” experience with a drag and drop experience.
   • Update action bar to align with the rest of the application.
     • Save is moved to the primary action bar.
     • Delete tree is move to the more actions button.

Bug Fixes

Data Warehouse

1. Prevent users from change the fiscal label after periods have been created.
2. Add Last Ran By to Integrations information panel.
3. Add Number of Steps to Jobs information panel.
4. Dropdown on rollup attributes is cut off when the rollup attribute is the last one on the screen.
5. Prevent user from creating a rollup.

1. Increase default timeout to 5 minutes.

QuickBooks Online

1. Add Vendor Data.
2. Add Journal Data.
3. Support all attributes on the GL and Journal Endpoints.

Home Page

1. Add tooltip on hover over of archive items to see parameter details.

Settings and Administration

1. Audit Log
   • Rename Datahouse_Copy_Created to Create_Datawarehouse_Copy.
   • Raname Datawarehouse_Copy_Downloaded to Download_Datawarehouse_Copy.
   • Log more information to the Audit Log.
   • Customer Admins should always have access to the Audit Log.
   • Add date selector to Audit Log for improved filtering.
   • Add export to .csv support.
2. Redirect user properly when they have bookmarked the invite URL.
3. Remove unnecessary information from database download filename.
4. Improve table filtering experience in various screens.
5. Resolve errors access administration menu for some users.
6. Ensure extensions are appearing on the administration screen.
7. Resolve issues where a user cannot override password provided by their browsers password manager.
