Subscription Expiration Banner

The Solver application will show a subscription expiration (expiry) banner as your renewal date approaches. This banner has the following properties:

  1. It will appear 60 days before your subscription end date as a red bar at the top screen of all tenants (“can manage users, licensing and data access” permissions) and customer administrators.
  2. Clicking this banner will take you to the administration screen to view which license is expiring. This can be viewed at any time by a customer administrator via Settings > Administration > Customer Name > Subscription.

Users must contact their Solver Sales representative to receive any renewal options.
