Users have the ability to create specific notification settings for their Solver portal. These notifications can come from around the application and be used to alert users to template changes, the completion of assignments, and more by other users.
Notification Menu
The notification menu is conveniently located at the top right corner of the portal near the user’s profile information.
This menu will contain notifications from all tenants across the user’s profile and will give specific information along with a link to open the related page.
Notification Settings
In Notification settings, you can select how you would like to get your notifications; by email, in a banner in the Portal, or on your mobile devices. To access the settings:
- Click Notifications, then click Notification Settings.
These settings have two levels:
- The options under Notifications control all notifications, across all modules in the Portal.
- The options under Archive, Assignments, Input flow, Process Manager, and Publisher control the notification settings for the specific modules.
