The Solver application will show a subscription expiration (expiry) banner as your renewal date approaches. This banner has the following properties:
- It will appear 60 days before your subscription end date as a red bar at the top screen of all tenants (“can manage users, licensing and data access” permissions) and customer administrators.
- Clicking this banner will take you to the administration screen to view which license is expiring. This can be viewed at any time by a customer administrator via Settings > Administration > Customer Name > Subscription.
Users must contact their Solver Sales representative to receive any renewal options.
