Search Users

The Search Users features enables Administrators to search for a specific or all users within the customer environment. The information returned includes the users name, email, created date, and last login date.

To access Search Users as an Administrator in the portal:

  1. Select Settings from the left menu.
  2. Select Administration from the sub-menu.
  3. Select Search Users on the upper part of the screen
  4. Enter the users email, name, or domain to search for one or many users. You may also partially enter the information to widen the results.
  5. The information returned includes:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Created date
    • Last login date
    • If the user has not accepted the initiation to join Solver, an option to resend the invite or copy the invite link is available.
    • Tenants the user has access to
    • Tenant groups the user is part of (normally does not apply)

Search for users. Narrow the search by adding more information.
